OAK STREET UPGRADE
Kitchen and master bedroom renovation with a re-lay of kwila deck completed in December 2021
In conjunction with Cherrywood Joinery we upgraded this kitchen and master bedroom to increase functionality, be perfect for the entertainer host and take advantage of the space and natural light. We also re-lay the large northfacing deck in kwila to provide a new look and use a timber that is hardier for the weather conditions.
ABERDEEN ROAD
Full house renovation completed 2021
The owners of the house had a vision that would see their 60's/70's house take advantage of the current floor plan and be open space living and dining and an addition of a fourth bedroom. Over the course of the year, we were able to bring their vision into reality.
KAINGA ORA
Kainga Ora Housing Development
Working alongside Currie Construction we have built new homes as part of the Kainga Ora development throughout the Tairāwhiti region.
